It all began with a simple idea, fuelled by a deep belief that the ACC Scheme should be delivering on its promise to offer support to the entitled injured, and ensuring that these people get back to their pre-injury lives as practically able. Unfortunately, we know that as great as the scheme is, it does have its failings for everyday kiwis who have no experience in dealing with the machine that is ACC. That is the genesis behind why ACC Help Services was started, so that as your advocate, we can help guide you through this process. We pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.
Who we are and what we do
ACC Help Services has over 20 years' experience in the ACC claims management environment, operating under ACC legislation and case law. Acting in the role of your advocate, we will provide you with a service that can provide guidance in various scenarios ranging from advice on the day-to-day management of your claim, up to the point where a negative ACC decision on your claim needs to be reviewed by an independent authority to challenge the basis of such a decision. This is a FREE service as costs are recoverable under ACC regulations (paid by ACC).
